CAROLINA PULLED PORK PIZZA

Servings: 3 1/2 lbs. pulled pork

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups CATTLEMEN'S® Carolina Tangy Gold Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Apple juice
  • 2 lbs. Pulled chopped pork shoulder, smoker or braised
  • 1 each Pizza crust, 12
  • 1 1/2 cups Carolina Pork Blend above
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Chopped Dill pickle
  • 8 tbsp. Coleslaw

Directions:

  • Toss pork with sauce, heat.
  • Cut pizza into 8 wedges. Garnish with chopped dill pickles and a tablespoon of coleslaw on each slice.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Blend CATTLEMEN'S with apple juice.
  • For each pizza; spread crust with sauced pork and top with cheese. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
