  • 1 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
  • 3/4 cup light vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp. molasses
  • 3/4 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
  • 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cups sauerkraut, drained, chopped
  • 36 bratwurst, cooked and sliced 1/2 inch slices
  • 36 slices pretzel rolls, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
  • As needed pretzel salt


  • 1. Combine mustard, vinaigrette, and molasses. Hold refrigerated for service.
  • 2. Combine onions, bacon and sauerkraut. Toss with 1 cup dressing at service.
  • 3. To assemble, place one sausage on roll, top with 1 tablespoon of onion sauerkraut mix and bake in 375°F oven for 8-10 minutes or till sausage is warmed. Drizzle with 1/2 tsp. vinaigrette. Sprinkle with a few grains of salt and serve hot.
